Mahua Floral & Gifting Studio provides flowers, floral arrangements, gift hampers, baskets and related gifting products through its website and other ordering channels.
2. Orders
All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and order confirmation.
Once an order is placed, Mahua may contact you to confirm relevant details such as the recipient’s name, address, contact number, delivery date and any special instructions.
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by Mahua.
3. Product Availability & Substitutions
Flowers and natural products are seasonal and subject to availability. As a result, the exact flowers, colours, packaging or other components shown in product images may occasionally vary.
Where necessary, Mahua may make substitutions of equal or comparable value while maintaining the overall look, quality and character of the arrangement or gift.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the appearance and value of the product ordered.
4. Product Images
Product photographs on the website are for representation purposes. Since flowers and handcrafted arrangements are individually created, the final product may vary slightly in colour, size, arrangement and appearance.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines provided at the time of ordering are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, recipient availability, incorrect address details or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details, including the delivery address and contact number.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery team may contact the sender/ recipient to coordinate delivery.
Additional delivery charges may apply in certain circumstances, including changes to the delivery location or additional delivery attempts.
6. Same-Day & Time-Specific Deliveries
Same-day and time-specific delivery options are subject to availability and the applicable order cut-off times communicated on the website or at the time of ordering.
While we make every reasonable effort to meet requested delivery windows, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to external circumstances.
7. Payments
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
Orders must be paid for through the payment methods made available on the website.
An order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled delivery time cannot be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.
Once an order has been prepared, customised, or fresh flowers have been specifically curated for the order, cancellation may no longer be possible, even if the 12-hour cancellation window has not elapsed.
Same-day and urgent orders, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled.

9. Damaged, Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has an issue that requires attention, please contact Mahua as soon as reasonably possible after delivery with the relevant order details and photographs.

10. Custom Orders
Custom arrangements, hampers and gifting experiences may differ from standard products shown on the website.
Once a custom order has been approved and production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

All content on this website, including photographs, graphics, logos, illustrations, product descriptions, text, branding and other materials, belongs to or is licensed to Mahua Floral & Gifting Studio unless otherwise stated.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
